Four years will have passed in the life of counter-terrorist agent Jack Bauer when Fox’s “24” returns next season, the New York Post reports. The flash-forward will make Bauer 52 years old and give the Chloe character a 4-year-old kid, the newspaper says. ABC’s “Desperate Housewives” also jumped forward it its timeline during its most recent season finale, the newspaper notes.
