An investigation by “60 Minutes” and non-profit investigative journalism initiative ProPublica will air this Sunday, the New York Times reports. The joint investigation explores Al Hurra, a Middle Eastern television network created by the U.S. government, and whether it has really cut through propaganda barriers, the newspaper says. ProPublica will also publish a multi-part series about the network, the newspaper notes.
