Tribune Co., which has been building up its library of programming, is considering launching a broadcast network if the struggling CW doesn’t return to the air for the 2009-10 season, TelevisionWeek reports. Tribune executives said the hope the CW returns. If it does, the extra programming could be used to bolster the company’s re-branded WGN America channel.

Ok, We have the folowing networks on “over-the Air” TV, Quite a few NOT rated well, or rated at all:
ABC
NBC
CBS/CW
FOX/MyNetwork
America One
Ion
HSN (local)
TBN
FamilyNet
Now how many of these are on the Nielsons? Common! We DO NOT NEED ANOTHER TV NETWORK! TV is dying out for other programming choices. The idiot that thinks he/she is going to turn the tely sets back on, You are nuts! Notice that NO OTHER countries have huge amounts of TV nets? Ever wonder why??? It’s not rocket science!
That is bloody ordinary isn’t it?
