Bonten Media Group Inc. is planning to buy CBS affiliate WTVF Nashville from Landmark Communications for a reported $205-$215 million, TVNewsday reports. Landmark, which sold The Weather Channel to NBC Universal for $3.5 billion last week, had previously announced that it was spinning off its WTVF and KLAS TV stations, the Web site says.
