Obama Catching McCain in TV Spending

John McCain may have gotten an early start on his presidential campaign, but Barack Obama is quickly catching up in TV ad spending, the Wall Street Journal reports. In the first three weeks since beginning his first TV ad campaign Obama’s camp has all but caught up to McCain’s spending amount during the last three months, which is valued at about $15 million, the paper says, citing TNS Media Intelligence/Campaign Media Analysis Group estimates.
