The Screen Actors Guild remained relatively quiet in the first day after its labor contract with the media companies expired, the Hollywood Reporter says. SAG spent the day reviewing the $250 million offer from studios and producers in anticipation of a Wednesday discussion, THR reports. Production on many new shows and films was rushed in anticipation of a standstill, Daily Variety says.
