ABC has given the greenlight to five series, TelevisionWeek reports, citing people familiar with the situation. Among the projects are two comedies and three dramas, which are expected to air as early as the midseason or the 2009-10 season. The shows include “Cupid,” “The Unusuals,” “Castle,” “Better Off Ted” and “Single With Parents,” which ushers Alyssa Milano’s return to the network, the trade says.
