Fox will simulcast the debut of “Fringe” and the season premiere of “Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles” online at the same time they air on TV, Daily Variety reports. The Web streams, however, will only be available to users logged in through college networks. The move is seen as an attempt to tap into the digital-savvy college student audience, which tends to rely on computer for entertainment more than TV, the trade paper says.
