Michael Shoemaker, a longtime “Saturday Night Live” producer, has been named by Lorne Michaels as the show runner for NBC’s new late-night show starring Jimmy Fallon, TelevisionWeek reports. Michaels will be executive producer of “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” while Shoemaker will have night-to-night oversight of the broadcast.
