Greg Berlanti is teaming up with Rene Echevarria for a new sci fi project for ABC, Daily Variety reports. The duo is developing “The Return,” a show about the impact an alien visit has on the world, through ABC Studios. Both will serve as executive producers on the show, the trade paper says.
