“Swingtown” creator and executive producer Mike Kelley has signed a seven-figure, two-year overall deal with CBS Paramount Network TV, the Hollywood Reporter says. As part of the deal, Kelley will also develop “BiCoastal” for CBS-owned Showtime. The fate of “Swingtown,” however, remains undecided, the trade paper says.
