Media agency Carat accidentally revealed an upcoming round of layoffs and restructuring after a company human relations executive emailed details and plans to the entire company instead of only management, Advertising Age reports. In addition to information relating to methods and messages conveyed to potential layoffs, the documents also outlined what the company would tell other employees and vendors, the trade says.
