‘Disturb’ Producers Seeking Do-Over

Producers for Fox’s new sitcom “Do Not Disturb” sent a letter to a selected number of television critics agreeing with them that their series premiere episode wasn’t the greatest 30 minutes of television, Daily Variety reports. The finger is being pointed at Fox for airing the “Work Sex” episode prior to the show’s pilot, thus creating “confusion” for the critics. Ultimately, the producers are asking critics for a second chance by letting them know it’s not as bad as they made it out to be. Later in the letter they contradict themselves by apologizing “for being the perpetrators of such bad television.”
