Actor Hugh Laurie has extended his contract with Universal Media Studios that will keep him on Fox’s “House” through the 2011-12 season at least, the Hollywood Reporter says. Laurie gets a pay-raise of $400,000 per episode and a producer title in the credits, according to the Reporter. The new deal now places Laurie among the highest-paid drama actors in TV, behind “CSI’s” William Petersen and “24’s” Kiefer Sutherland who rake in $600,000 and $500,000 per episode, respectively, the trade paper says.
