NBC Scrubs Oka Out of ‘Scrubs’

NBC and the invisible hand of Jeff Zucker are barring the network’s prime-time stars from appearing on the series finale of ABC’s “Scrubs,” Entertainment Weekly reports. Masi Oka of “Heroes” and Sarah Lancaster of “Chuck” were scheduled to appear on an episode featuring a reunion of the sitcom’s significant guest stars, but they will not permitted to do so by NBC, the former home of “Scrubs.” Actors currently with regular gigs on other networks who are allowed to appear include Sarah Chalke, recently seen on CBS’ “How I Met Your Mother,” and Scott Foley of CBS’ “The Unit.”
