Food Network Mag Testing in October

The first test issue of the new Food Network Magazine, the product of a publishing partnership between the network and Hearst Magazines, will hit newsstands in October, MediaWeek reports. The magazine will present the array of the Food Network’s chefs, who include Bobby Flay, Paula Deen and Ina Garten. Distribution for the test issue will be a modest 300,000 copies, the Web site reports.
