Peter Price will step down as president and CEO of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences at the end of the year, TelevisionWeek reports. Price will leave before his contract was set to expire next September. During his tenure he announced plans for Spanish-language Emmy awards as well as broadband content awards. He also led during an era marked my litigation between NATAS and the Los-Angeles based ATAS. Price will continue to work with the NATAS Foundation.
