Studios Criticize SAG Letter to Members

The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers is blasting the Screen Actors Guild for a 12-page letter it sent to its membership outlining the union’s concerns with producers’ final offer, the Hollywood Reporter says. The AMPTP says the letter sent on Tuesday takes a one-sided approach to informing members about the current status of negotiations, which SAG says have been continuing informally. AMPTP maintains no such discussions have been happening, the trade paper says.
