Wilmington, N.C., will officially go all-digital at noon Monday in a ceremony ending analog TV transmission in the city, TelevisionWeek reports. The market, picked by the FCC as the early test-run location for next year’s national switch to DTV, has been aggressively preparing for the transition for six months. While Hurricane Hanna threatened the test, events will continue to go as planned, the TVWeek says.
