“One Tree Hill” creator Mark Schwahn has signed a two-year overall deal with CBS Paramount Network TV and CBS Records, the Hollywood Reporter says. The deal, which is scheduled to begin in June, will have Schwahn develop new projects for the studio. Additionally, Schwahn signed a one-year deal with Warner Bros. TV to continue in his role executive producer and showrunner on “Hill.” WBTV co-produces the CW series with Tollin/Robbins Productions, the trade paper says.
