Pat Dalbey has been named president and general manager of NBC affiliate WLEX-TV in Lexington, Ky., TVNewsday reports. Dalbey takes over for the retiring Tim Gilbert on Feb. 28. Dalbey, a regional VP for station owner Gray Television, comes from the top position at WTVY-TV, the CBS affiliate in Dothan, Ala., TVNewsday says.
