Robert Prosky, who played a sergeant on “Hill Street Blues” died Monday of complications from a heart procedure, the Washington Post reports. He was 77. Prosky also appeared on “The Practice” and was Kirstie Alley’s TV dad on “Cheers” and “Victoria’s Closet.”
