Calif. Market Makes Early Digital Shift

Stations in Chico and Redding, Calif., on Monday begin broadcasting in digital only, two months earlier than stations in the rest of the country, the Wall Street Journal reports. Station executives believe hundreds of homes in the market aren’t ready for the switch, which could provides on what to expect as viewers lose the analog signals they’ve relied on for so long.
