Warner Bros. Television has been sued by “Gilmore Girls” executive producer Gavin Polone, who charges that Warner Bros. engaged in “self-dealing” in an effort to defraud Polone out of certain fees, the Hollywood Reporter says. Polone is asking for “tens of millions” of dollars for what he says is the WB’s efforts to understate earnings the show generated during its six seasons on the WB. Warner Bros. declined to comment, according to the Reporter.
