AT&T, Verizon Split on DTV Delay

President-elect Barack Obama’s plan to delay the transition to digital television has divided AT&T and Verizon, Multichannel News reports. AT&T is endorsing a three-month delay, saying it will aid consumers, while Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg is concerned it will be harmful and is urging a rejection of the plan.

  1. Holy crap!!!!!!!!! Is there actually something I can agree with Verizon about? Really AT&T, what difference will 3 months make when they have already been planning this for more years than I can remember?
