CBS has made a cast-contingent pilot order for the comedy “Tick Tock,” while Fox may soon green-light the dramas “Maggie Hill” and “Human Target,” the Hollywood Reporter says. “Tick Tock” is about a single mom in her 30s seeking love, while “Maggie Hill” follows a mentally ill heart surgeon and “Human Target” is based on a DC Comic book about a mysterious security expert.
