‘General Hospital’ Getting Facelift

“General Hospital,” the long-running ABC soap, will give a facelift to its medical set following a fiery storyline and reveal the new design in April with a new nurses’ station, emergency room, hospital room, elevators and stairs, the Associated Press reports. “The style of the nurses’ station has been the same for 45 years,” said executive producer Jill Farren Phelps, the news service says.
