The Screen Actors Guild’s national board is meeting Monday in Los Angeles for an emergency two-day meeting, the Hollywood Reporter says. The more moderate wing of the national board may push to cancel the strike authorization vote, Daily Variety reports. The meeting may include discussions over other matters such the future of national executive director Doug Allen. Meanwhile, SAG members who don’t support strike authorization began organizing a rally outside the board meeting through Facebook.
