Allen’s Ouster on SAG Agenda

A meeting scheduled for Sunday by Screen Actors Guild interim national executive director David White is likely to be used as a forum for firing former SAG executive director Doug Allen—again, the Hollywood Reporter says. Much as President Barack Obama felt he had to take the oath of office second time, SAG’s moderate alliance may seek to tie up loose ends after SAG national president and Allen supporter Alan Rosenberg sought to nullify Allen’s previous firing with a lawsuit, the Reporter says.
