Stations in the Eastern Iowa market of Cedar Rapids-Waterloo-Dubuque-Iowa City are sticking to the earlier Feb. 17 digital-television transition date, TVNewsday reports. The announcement was made jointly by KWWL, KCRG, KGAN, KFXA and KFXB, which said their research found that less than 1% of their market’s households aren’t prepared for the conversion, the Web site says.
