NBC has made a cast-contingent pilot order for “100 Questions for Charlotte Payne,” a comedy from writer Chris Moynihan, the Hollywood Reporter says. Produced by UMS and Tagline, the pilot follows a young woman in New York dealing with dating and friends, the trade paper says.
