Nielsen says Oklahoma City has failed a self-imposed DTV readiness test, MediaPost reports. The media research company said the market did not pass the test and as a result ratings information from Oklahoma City was left out of Nielsen’s overnight reports for Jan. 29, the site says. The test showed that not enough homes were able to receive digital TV signals and Nielsen field representatives will contact local households to investigate, MediaPost says.
