There’s a group of off-camera workers who have been with NBC’s “E.R.” for the bulk of its 15-year run, the New York Times says. Many, like Terrence Nightinall, who started as an assistant cameraman, have gotten promoted over the years. Nightinall is now the show’s camera operator and has directed two episodes, the paper says.
