Rino Scanzoni, the chief investment officer at GroupM, said the advertising market may be in a better position now than in the last recession in 2001, when it followed the ad-boom of the dot-com bubble, MediaPost reports. Still, Scanzoni said growth might not return until mid-2010, at the earliest, the Web site reports.
