The Screen Actors Guild and the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers are expected Tuesday to announce they’ll restart contract talks, most likely on Feb. 17, the Hollywood Reporter says. Meanwhile, fired chief negotiator Doug Allen wrote an open letter in support of SAG President Alan Rosenberg, saying “SAG has too often been its own worst enemy” and that Rosenberg “deserves to be acknowledged and thanked for his selfless leadership,” DeadlineHollywoodDaily.com reports.
