“Twilight” distributor Summit Entertainment and Lionsgate talked about a merger last fall, although Summit rebuffed Lionsgate’s offer as too low, the Los Angeles Times reports. While nothing is happening now, the “Twilight” movie franchise would fit nicely with Lionsgate’s strategy, the newspaper says.
