ABC News has settled a lawsuit filed against Diane Sawyer, without releasing details of the settlement, the New York Post reports. The lawsuit was related to a “Primetime” special Sawyer hosted that showed a 15-year-old girl being beaten by her father, the paper says. The suit claimed the network should have notified authorities, the Post says.
