Writer Scot Armstrong and production partner Ravi Nandin have signed a two-year, first-look agreement with Universal Media Studios, giving them their first television home, Daily Variety reports. The two are working on two current pilots, NBC’s “Off Duty” and Fox’s “Walorsky,” the trade paper says.
