Three former FremantleMedia North America employees have filed a class-action lawsuit against the “American Idol” producer, the Hollywood Reporter says. The plaintiffs allege the production company made them work more than 40 hours a week without paying them overtime and forced them to falsify their time cards, the newspaper says. The employees worked on several FremantleMedia productions, including “American Idol,” “Temptation,” “The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency” and the upcoming “Osbournes: Reloaded,” the newspaper notes.
