CBS Television Stations has tapped Jon Hitchcock to serve as president and general manager of KYW (CBS) and WPSG (CW), Philadelphia’s local duopoly, TVNewsday reports. Hitchcock is scheduled to take up his new role March 30, the site says. Hitchcock most recently was general manager of Hartford, Conn.’s duopoly WTNH (ABC) and WCTX (MNT), TVNewsday adds.
