Richard Parsons is leaving Time Warner’s board of directors, Daily Variety reports, citing an SEC filing. Parsons joined the company’s board in 1991 and served as chief executive from 2002 to 2007, helping the company through some tough years after its 2001 merger with AOL, the trade paper says.
