ABC’s untitled Jerry Bruckheimer drama pilot has tapped Rupert Penry-Jones as its lead, while The CW’s drama pilot “Vampire Diaries” has hired Bulgarian-born Canadian Nina Dobrev as its lead, the Hollywood Reporter says. Among other casting items, Fox’s comedy “Cop House” has tapped Tony Hale to star, while Morena Baccarin will play a lead in the ABC drama “V,” the trade paper reports.
