Roseanne Barr is joining former “Roseanne” producer Caryn Mandabach to create a comedy in which she’d play the matriarch, the Hollywood Reporter says. Jim Vallely of “Arrested Development” is slated to write the script, which has been pitched to Fox, the trade paper says.
