An appearance by Kaley Cuoco on “Grey’s Anatomy” apparently has been nixed by CBS, which airs her show “The Big Bang Theory,” Entertainment Weekly reports. Cuoco’s representative said she backed out of the finale of “Grey’s Anatomy” because of an unforeseen “publicity commitment,” although sources say CBS didn’t want one of its top stars appearing on an ABC show, the publication reports.
