The FCC has set guidelines for broadcasters with how to set up and promote DTV walk-in help centers, Broadcasting & Cable reports. The centers must be staffed by at least one employee who can show customers how to install equipment, and include a computer with fast Internet service so consumers can apply online for DTV-to-analog converter box coupons, the trade paper says.
