Fox affiliates said they would increase their efforts to make their presence felt in Washington, D.C., Broadcasting & Cable reports. “As broadcasters we have to triple down our efforts. We need to let them know that we are an industry that has some clout,” said Brian Brady, head of the NAB committee, who urged affiliates to take a page from cable companies and form relationships with their congressmen, the trade paper said.
