NAB: Mobile TV May Halt Attrition

Mobile television may halt the audience losses to digital screens, according to Open Mobile Video Coalition Chairman Brandon Burgess at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, TVNewsday reports. “There are only 114 million American living rooms but up to 500 million more sites where people can watch mobile TV,” he said at a breakfast session at the conference. While the session offered hope, it didn’t deliver with specific business plans, the trade publication says.
