Obama to Name Clyburn to FCC

President Obama is expected to nominate Mignon Clyburn to a vacant seat on the federal Communications Commission, the Wall Street Journal reports. Clyburn, the oldest daughter of House Majority Whip Rep. James Clyburn, is a commissioner on the South Carolina Public Service Commission, the paper says.
