High-profile members of the Screen Actors Guild such as Melissa Gilbert and Martin Sheen are taking sides over its contract ratification battle, Daily Variety reports. “I’m still amazed and shocked at the level of vitriol among the opponents of this deal,” Gilbert, SAG president from 2001-05, tells the trade paper. Meanwhile, Sheen is at the center of a “vote no” video posted by the contract’s opponents over the weekend, the trade paper says.
