CBS has started running reruns of “Medium” this summer, to NBC’s dismay, Daily Variety reports.

NBC, which canceled the show in May, still claims to have exclusive primetime rights until September.

At that time the show is clearly CBS’s, and the network will air it on Friday night.s.

However, CBS has already started airing reruns of  “Medium” on Tuesday nights at 10 p.m.

NBC is demanding reimbursement from CBS for the reruns CBS is currently airing.
